Irish Cream Breve
Whether you call this a Dutch Bros Kicker or an Irish Cream Breve, it's a smooth, delicious espresso-based treat that can easily be made hot or iced.

Ingredients
Irish cream syrup

water

white sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
almond extract
1/4
teaspoon
coconut extract

cocoa powder
Or purchase a bottle of Irish cream syrup.

espresso

half and half
(You can use an alternate milk to make an Irish Cream Latte.)
Ice if making it iced
Whipped cream to top (optional)
Instructions
Irish Cream Syrup
Add water, white sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract and coconut extract into a microwave safe bowl and whisk together.
Heat mixture in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes until it is boiling.
Remove and whisk in cocoa powder.
Heat mixture in the microwave for another minute or until it starts boiling.
Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Will keep for 2-3 weeks.
Irish Cream Breve
Add the Irish cream syrup to the bottom of your 16-ounce cup or mug.
2 Tablespoons Irish cream syrup
Brew espresso, then pour on top of the syrup and give a slight swirl to mix.

For Hot:
While espresso is brewing heat and froth the half & half. Then pour the half & half over espresso and syrup, filling your cup or mug.
12 ounces half and half
For Iced:
Add cold half and half over the espresso and syrup, leaving an inch or two for ice. Add ice to the top of the cup.

Notes
To make this like a 9-1-1 from Dutch Bros, add four more shots of espresso, for a total of six ounces of espresso.
