Mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves into a paste.

Mix equal parts water and brown sugar together and microwave until boiling.

Remove the simple syrup mixture and add in spices. Heat again until boiling. Let rest and then strain.

Add to a pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin chai, or another fun drink!
